Court updates for Mi’kmaq Warriors
Court Dates for Trials are as follows:
Aaron Francis – December 12 and 13, 2013
Jim Pictou – December 17, 2013…
Germaine (Junior) Breau – December 18 and 19, 2013
Coady Stevens – December 21st, 2013Both Jason Ok Augustine and David Mazerolle will both have court dates in 2014 and we will post for you here. At this point, it will be May. If there is a change, it will be posted. Both Jason and David are out on bail and pending trial. All of the others are still incarcarated at Shediac Detention Facility.
Jim Pictou is represented by Hazen O’Brien LLB.
Junior, Aaron and Coady are represented by Alison Menard and Gilles Lemieux.
