BISMARCK, N.D. – A Colorado woman has pleaded not guilty to federal charges in connection to an incident at a Dakota Access Pipeline protest.
Thirty-seven-year-old Red Fawn Fallis is charged with civil disorder, discharge of a firearm in connection to a felony crime of violence and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Authorities say Fallis pulled out a gun and shot in the direction of officers as they were arresting her at a protest in October.
If convicted of all charges, she faces a maximum sentence of life in prison and a minimum of 10 years.
Fallis remains in federal custody and her trial date is scheduled for March.
View a video of her arrest and see if you too won’t think this is a frame-up of a key activist in the NoDAPL movement at Standing Rock. The video includes full sequence of the many officers, apparent use of a taser on her, captures what sounds and appears to be shots fired, as well as slow motion… sequence.
The one who fired the 3 shots is the office center screen you see pulling his weapon from his holster. You can see him look up, shift his arm, look up again and fire.
