Video: Musgamagw Dzawada’enuxw block fish farm packer boat
on September 6, 2017, Musgamagw Dzawada’enuxw hereditary chiefs, women and supporters took a stand against a Norwegian packing boat.
For over 30 years our entire nation has opposed fish farms on our unceeded territory. Fish farms are a violation of our way of life and a plague to this coast. Despite our opposition, eviction notices, meetings with the Provincial Government & farm occupations, they continue to pump diseased Atlantic Salmon into the pens. They are an invasive species and we will not back down.
With the strength of our ancestors, we are here to stay.
FISH FARMS GET OUT!
Please make sacrifices with us. Stand in Solidarity, Act, Fundraise!
